I received a wonderful gift from the owners of the Hawthorn Suites hotel here in Champaign. The hotel is launching their new menu for catering and events and their desire was to host an event that would benefit the community.
Hawthorn Suites is hosting a tasting receiption and charity event for their new menu along with complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks from 4:00 until 7:00 this Thursday August 6.
$10 admission at the door with 100% of the proceeds being given to the Champaign County YMCA and Larkin’s Place at the Y
Location is the Hawthorn Suites at 101 Trade Centre Drive – Champaign Illinois.
