31 days but who’s counting

31 days of throwing up
5 pounds lost (I stopped weighing her after 5)
342 nasty diapers
10 days in the hospital
7 ED visits for fluids/blood draws
$17501.74 so far in medical bills
18 days of missed school
1 week in Florida (we can throw up in sunshine)
3 smiles
0 laughs
1 floppy head
1 weak body


has as of Monday morning turned into

1 smiling, laughing, interactive, loving, squirmy, and totally loveable kid

 

For the love of God avoid this virus if you can

    I thought we were being hit hard by this bug, but I’d trade another day of it here to keep it from your sweet little one- so thankful to hear she’s back to healthy and prayers that she stays that way. Thanks for keeping us posted, try to catch some sleep mom..
